Corporate History

April 1965
Machinery Sales department of Takachiho Koheki Co., Ltd. separated from the company to form an independent corporation under the name of Iwai-Takachiho Trading Co., Ltd.,.
May 1969
IT Giken Co., Ltd. was founded as an affiliated company to provide maintenance and strengthen after-sales services for delivered equipment.
July 1969
The company was renamed to CSC Co., Ltd. (Communication Science Corporation).IT Giken Co., Ltd. was renamed CSC Engineering Co., Ltd. (Communication Science Engineering)
January 1970
Established the Information Systems Department and started importing and distributing various data entry systems (OCR & OMR) and computer peripherals made in the United States and Europe.
April 1990
Relocated and enhanced the headquarters factory of C.S. Engineering Co., Ltd. to Niiza City, Saitama Prefecture.
October 2000
Became a subsidiary of Shin Nippon Koki Co., Ltd., joining the Daiwa Seican Group. Relocated headquarters to 28 Sanbancho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
April 2007
Established Collabo Alliance Co., Ltd. with a capital of 10 million yen, aiming to expand outsourced services in the Information Systems division.
April 2010
Became a newly established successor company through a corporate split-off, becoming a subsidiary of Shin Nippon Koki Co., Ltd. Capitalized at 88 million yen.
July 2013
Relocated headquarters to 3-8 Sanbancho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
June 2015
M.K. Management Co., Ltd. became the new parent company, succeeding Shin Nippon Koki Co., Ltd. and marking the company's independence from the Daiwa Seican Company group.
