- Working Hours：
- ：Working Hours: 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM (8 hours of actual work, 1-hour break)

Compensation： -
：Starting salary (reference) for new graduates ： Base salary JPY 221,000 per month
Mid-career hires ： Salary will be determined in accordance with company regulations, taking into account experience and qualifications.
※Full reimbursement of commuting expenses
※Overtime pay provided in full - Salary Increment：
- ：Once a Year (July)
- Bonuses：
- ：Twice a year (July and December)
※An additional fiscal year-end bonus may be paid in March depending on company performance (continuously paid for over 10 years) - Holidays & Leave：
