Compensation: -
:Starting salary (reference) for new graduates : Base salary JPY 221,000 per month
Mid-career hires : Salary will be determined in accordance with company regulations, taking into account experience and qualifications.
※Full reimbursement of commuting expenses
※Overtime pay provided in full - Salary Increment:
- :Once a Year (July)
- Bonuses:
- :Twice a year (July and December)
※An additional fiscal year-end bonus may be paid in March depending on company performance (continuously paid for over 10 years) - Holidays & Leave:
