Employment Terms
Working Hours
Working Hours: 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM (8 hours of actual work, 1-hour break)

Assigned to one of our domestic offices (Will be decided after considering personal preferences and professional aptitude)
Salary/
Compensation
Starting salary (reference) for new graduates : Base salary JPY 221,000 per month
Mid-career hires : Salary will be determined in accordance with company regulations, taking into account experience and qualifications.
※Full reimbursement of commuting expenses
※Overtime pay provided in full
Salary Increment
Once a Year (July)
Bonuses
Twice a year (July and December)
※An additional fiscal year-end bonus may be paid in March depending on company performance (continuously paid for over 10 years)
